You might mention to whoever matters that the techniques used to funnel people into paperless billing are borderline illegal when used for direct marketing purposes. Seriously, FTC illegal. If I pulled stuff like that to sell product, I'd get in a lot of trouble. Comcast shouldn't try to skirt the law quite so closely. Thanks Mark.
